Dan Pearce spent eight years on other people's groundwork crews before starting Stourside in 2015. He still prices every job himself, and he still answers his own phone.
We are based in Sturry and work across Canterbury, Herne Bay, Whitstable, Faversham, Thanet, Sandwich and Ashford. Fully insured, and every driveway we have laid since 2015 is still under guarantee.

Dan comes out to look at the job, usually within a week of your call, and you will have a written, itemised price the same week. No charge, no obligation.
Not until you are booked in. Once you have accepted the price and we have agreed a start date, we take a deposit to order materials. The balance is due on completion, by bank transfer.
Many single-storey rear extensions fall under permitted development, but it depends on your house and what has been done before. We will tell you at the site visit, and we work with local architects when drawings or Building Control approval are needed.
Canterbury and East Kent: Sturry, Herne Bay, Whitstable, Faversham, Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Sandwich and Ashford. If you are just outside, give us a ring.

Tell us about your driveway, extension or roof. Dan will come and look, and you will have a written, itemised price within the week. No deposit until you are booked in.
